Hydraulic Control Line (CL):

Generally, it is a 1/4" hydraulic tube, which is highly corrosion-resistant, capable of withstanding a relatively large hydraulic pressure, and used to transmit hydraulic pressure to control relevant downhole valve parts and components through hydraulic pressure. For example: downhole safety valves, downhole oil and gas production valves, downhole sliding sleeves, downhole switches, etc.

A.Control downhole safety valves.

B.Control the switches of downhole functional components.

C.Be used for various connecting tubing of drilling and production equipment to achieve precise control of the equipment.

Chemical Injection Line (CIL):

Generally 3/8” capillary tube, highly corrosion-resistant, able to withstand high injection pressure, connected to the downhole chemical injection valve, injecting chemicals from the ground to achieve the functions of chemicals, such as descaling agent, hydrogen sulfide removal, and colloid removal in crude oil.

TEC/PDC (Tubing Encapsulated Cable/ Permanent Downhole Cable):

The tubing contains built-in electrical cables and/or optical cables, which are connected to downhole sensors, power motors, etc., to facilitate the transmission of information up and down, or to use power on the ground to control the downhole motor and drive a certain function (such as driving a switch, driving rotation, etc.).

Flat Pack(Encapsulated Tubing Cable):

When oil and gas wells have multiple functions and need to use multiple capillary tubes and/or TEC/PDC cable combinations to go downhole, Flat Pack is used for completion. Flat Pack is easy to manage, easy to go downhole, prevent pipe and cable wear, and improve corrosion resistance.
